For over 30 years, the Auburn Avenue Theater has presented a diversity of live performances, including Broadway musicals, mystery theater, children's theater, and concerts. In 2007, the City of Auburn leased the theater and re-opened the venue, expanding this time-honored tradition of live, quality performing arts right in the heart of downtown.

This state-of-the-art 1,100 seat theatre is the largest performing arts center outside of Seattle. Owned and subsidized by the Auburn School District, it is home to the Auburn Arts Commission's BRAVO Series; the fully professional Auburn Symphony Orchestra; the Miss Auburn Scholarship Pageant; Evergreen City Ballet's 'Nutcracker', and the annual Auburn Rotary Scholarship Country & Western Show. The Center, which has been recognized as one of the nation’s top acoustical halls for music performance, is conveniently located in downtown Auburn and free parking is available. Bookings are available year-round for professional and community groups and events.

The A.R.T. is a cozy, 400-seat theatre adjacent to Roegner Park along the Stuck River. Owned by the Auburn School District No. 408, it is an excellent concert space and provides an intimate "living room" atmosphere, which works especially well for business meetings and small concerts. Bookings are available year-round for professional and community groups and events.

The 15,600 square foot center is home to Rendezvous, Green River's vocal jazz ensemble, the Theatre Extempore experience provides students with the chance to participate in all aspects of producing a high quality theatre production and the Heavier Than Air Family Theatre Company, a resident children's community theater group sponsored by the Associated Students of Green River Community College and the Green River Foundation.

The Theatre at Auburn Mountainview or TAM is the home of the Auburn Symphony Orchestra’s Chamber Ensemble. TAM is a state-of-the-art 400-seat venue with exceptional acoustics. It was opened in 2005 by the Auburn School District #408 on the campus of the new Auburn Mountainview Senior High School. Free parking is available. |
